Language is a social phenomenon. Language only exists in society. It is a  means of nourishing and developing culture and establishing human relations. Once a well-known author J G human said, without language, we would have no reason, without reason no religion, and without these three essential aspects of our nature neither mind nor bond of society. So Language is a thing that separates or unites people. human history is full of many examples all over the world in which societies were organized and scattered due to their language. Their laws, their customer, their principle, even the way they hold their knife and fork are clearly described by their language. In all social institutions, language is least amenable to the initiative. It blends with the life of society. It is inert by nature, is a prime conservative force.
